You agree and accept that the Promoter has the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Concert line-up, vary the advertised program, vary the date, and/or vary the Concert Site without prior notification and deny admission to the Concert Site with reasonable cause. You agree and accept that The Summer Concert Tour is a festival style event, and that the artist line-up is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, and that there will be no refunds on tickets in this scenario.

There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Concert Ticket if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Concert T+Cs or if you decide not to attend.
